As an undergraduate PR student I really like your suggestions. First of all, I realize that I know nothing about the business of PR. I might be able to use my skills to get the job done, but I don't know anything about the corporate PR world or what goes on in it.
Secondly, PR students could be amazing resources for companies and organizations and it would provide us with great experience. I wouldn't even care about getting money as long as they were helping out our program by allowing us to help them.
Also, we need resources that we can't afford right now. We are just students, we can't afford subscriptions to PR Week or O'dwyers, so why not give us a trial subscription just to help us out? Down the road we will buy subscriptions, but one account that a class can use would be nice. You have some great ideas here.
