Wow. Just ... Wow.

No wonder you call this person Superclient. Great feedback to hear, but even better to actually get.

Fantastic style of feedback! A great example of someone really getting the agency/client relationship and maximising it. Would also be great to emulate this not only in these type of relationships but also between all "managers" and their teams. Awesome work!

Todd-
Did you create Superclient in a Dr Frankenstein-type lab experiment that actually turned out well?

Can you make one for us?

Seriously, it perfectly encapsulates why it's in the client's best interests to take that level of interest and want to work with their agency.

In reality, the "client" is the objective of any campaign, and the paying client/agency should be working together to serve that purpose.

Kudos to you! We hear many nightmare stories about how companies get taken for a ride by PR agencies. It's nice to hear that there are agencies, and teams, that are passionate about the work and the clients. And it's even better to see that there are clients that recognize it and appreciate it.

I am not surprised by the positive review. All the members of your team I have met in the past are all very bright young minds.

Time to send a bottle of champagne to your HR manager :)

Great post. I think the note is very positive and offers good constructive feedback. I too was impressed with the detail. If only we could all have such an open dialogue on an ongoing basis. It makes all the difference. Kudos to your team!

Wow -- It is great to have clients with a solid understanding of how the PR game works. Clients that can see you are doing all the right things and realize that sometimes the story is not strong enough to generate homerun coverage. This is how all client/agency relationships should work.
